Safety Equipment:
Skaters must wear an Australian-standards approved helmet, fitted to the skater, before they are allowed to participate.
Gloves must be worn in outdoors classes.
Clothing must allow full range of motion - jeans are not suitable.

Indoor Beginners Offering an introduction to speed skating and to have a bit of fun along the way. This class is for ALL new members to try out. Our coaches will assess you in this class and offer further advice to get you skating faster and safer. |

Outdoor Beginners Helmet and gloves are compulsory for this class. This class is aimed at skaters who are looking to further develop their skills. It is conducted at slower speed and on a shorter track than the intermediate/advanced outdoor class. This is a great introduction to outdoor skating. If you wish to start training outdoor, please talk to your coach first for more details. Indoor Adult Only A great class for adults to skate and have some fun in a controlled environment. A very friendly and supportive group of skaters will welcome you. Your coach will give group instruction and also offer some one-on-one coaching. Open to member and non-member adults 18+. |

Indoor Advanced Beginner All skaters must have approval of all coaches to graduate to this class. Behaviour, maturity, focus and ability are some things considered for approval. The class begins with 30 minutes off skate warm up exercises followed by one hour of focus on technique and general speed skating drills. |
